Just watching the Melbourne versus Essendon AFL game, billed as a tribute to Melbourne’s Troy Broadbridge who died in the Boxing Day tsunami, and reported as having Trisha Broadbridge (Troy’s widow) toss the coin at the start of the game.
Did anyone else notice who actually tossed the coin? Unless I’m drunker than I figure, it was the central umpire, not Trisha.
A case of pre-written AAP articles or a drunken blogger? We report, you decide.
