Once again Telstra leads the way in the IT industry, this time by redefining a spammer as someone who sends “20 e-mails over 10 minutes”. Telstra customers who send more than their allocated twenty messages during this period will have their accounts investigated and possibly suspended.
Maybe Telstra’s mail servers just can’t keep up with these “spammers”.
With their higher prices, lower download limits (charged for uploads and downloads), less reliable service, and pathetic customer support, why is anyone still with Telstra broadband?
